Solo Skin London August Round Up

 

August has been another good month for us here at Solo Skin London although quieter than some previous months it's still been a month filled with exciting projects, a bit of stress, and lots of progress. So here is a little look behind the scenes at Solo Skin London with our highs lows and of course plans! Not to mention a well deserved family break!

Consistent Sales and Award-Winning Achievements

A huge thank you to all our customers—your ongoing support has kept our sales consistent, and we're deeply grateful for that. This month, everyone's favourite Eye Oil has shone brightly, winning a Gold in the Global Green Awards! Such moments underscore our commitment to providing excellent, environmentally friendly skincare products.

Digital Growth and Family Time

Our presence on TikTok has continued to see wonderful growth, our followers on TikTok continue to grow and the views on our daily lives are growing and bringing great sales figures on each live. We are also growing on other platforms like Instagram and it's been great connecting with you through the various different social media platforms, if you don’t follow us yet on social media then make sure to check us out! Behind the scenes we have been working on other ways to grow our brand and have commissioned work on a brand new website. We're excited for you to see the improvements we're bringing to make your online journey with us smoother and more enjoyable. Amid the busy schedule, we carved out time for a much-needed family holiday—a refreshing two-week break to recharge our batteries after several busy months. It was a fantastic opportunity to relax and return with renewed vigour and focus.

A Few Bumps Along the Road

Despite these successes, we faced some challenges as well. We noticed a slight dip in website conversions and experienced some stressful moments with the backend operations. These hurdles have prompted us to look at strategies to enhance performance and user engagement on our site and ways we can make running SoloSkin more efficient Recognising the importance of customer interaction, we’ve increased our efforts to create more engaging content and interactive opportunities on our social media platforms. This includes more frequent updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses into Solo Skin, bringing our community closer to the heart of our operations.

Looking Ahead to September

Looking forward, September holds promise and potential. We are excited to hopefully finalise the new website, enhancing your experience with a more intuitive interface and richer content. Our ambitions don’t stop there—we aim to not only grow our sales and profit margins but also to expand our social media presence and the number of visitors from Google searches. Additionally, we are actively looking for relevant PR opportunities to highlight the unique aspects of Solo Skin London.
